Pierhand refund policy

Pierhand is sold as early access, and some of its features are still being proven on real iPhones. If it doesn't work for you, or doesn't do what you needed, email support@pierhand.me within 14 days of your payment and we'll refund it. Tell us what went wrong if you can; it helps us fix it.

When you write, include the email address you bought with or your order number, so we can find the purchase.

Pierhand is one payment, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing is ever charged again.

Refunds are made by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller, to the payment method you used. They usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. When a payment is refunded, the license key stops working.

Where the consumer law of your country gives you more time or more rights than this, that law applies.
